Our team at GSG Custom Coatings transformed this Upper Saddle River kitchen from outdated to spectacular with our Cabinet Painting and Finishing process. From start to finish…every detail was meticulously covered to bring this kitchen back to life and give it a fresh new look. Our process included masking and protecting all surfaces not to be painted, cleaning and degreasing really well, sanding and deglossing the existing finish, filling surface imperfections and minor damage, then applying our ultra premium wood coating system from Renner Wood Coating - two coats of 643 urethane primer catalyzed 10% and two coats of 765 Topcoat catalyzed 5%. We use a catalyst/hardener additive for extreme durability. Sanding between coats to provide adhesion and an intravenous finish. All surfaces are sprayed (never brushed/rolled) using industry best HVLP and Air Assited Airless equipment for better than factory finishes…the ultimate in custom fine finishing. This Upper Saddle River kitchen now looks amazing and has a high end finish that will last a very long time.
